Prequalified Referrals
In order to provide you with high quality referrals, we prescreen and prequalify each referral before it is sent to you. Understanding that your time is valuable, we screen out customers who do not seem to need restoration services. This process guarantees that you will only be called with relevant referrals (no carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, asbestos remediation. etc).
Our hotline representatives are highly trained to interview each customer and provide you with some or all of the following:
- Complete Contact Information
- Damage Description
- Damage Type
- Property Type
- Insurance Coverage
- Ownership of the Property
- Affected Areas / Materials
- Immediacy of Required Services
Real Time Communication
When providing disaster restoration services, time is of the essence. We believe that the sooner information is relayed to you and the sooner you can contact the customer, the better the chances for booking the job.
This is why we deliver our referrals to you in real time.
Step 1: We call you as soon as a referral is qualified and relay the information verbally over the phone so you can contact the customer (in some cases, we transfer the customer directly to you). If we cannot reach you or your technicians, we send a text message alert to your cell phone.
Step 2: Per your request, we will send basic lead information directly to your cell phone.
Step 3: We email you a complete copy of the referral.
Step 4: We follow up with you for a preliminary status and provide additional support if required.
