Return on Investment (ROI) Guarantee

We are absolutely positive that advertisement with RestorationSOS.com works, we guarantee it as follows:

If by the end of the contract period our campaign will not generate a total, 200% greater than its cost, we will renew it for another year for free.

Extended campaign will include same service zones (counties) only.

This guarantee covers annual advertisement fees only. Per-lead costs are not included and will be charged according to the pricing policy valid on renewal date.

Refunds and Credit Policy

We will credit your account for every invalid lead according to the following definition:

• Lead with fake name information (Mickey Mouse, John Doe, etc).
• Lead with incorrect or bogus phone numbers AND email address.
• Lead where a child under the age of eighteen filled out the request.
• Lead where the person claims he or she did not request to be contacted.
• Lead that is a duplicate of another lead previously sent from RestorationSOS.com.
• Lead where the person claims that there is no damage or that no restoration service is required.

When requesting a refund, advertiser must fax a copy of the lead and a "Refund Request" letter to 1-877-878-2108 within 7 days from the date marked on the lead.
